BE LOVED PROJECT
A project about mental health and college students.
“Be Loved” is a one-week campaign that promotes expressive writing to college students. It includes a printed worksheet journal containing information about what expressive writing is. Each day, the writer is presented with three open-ended questions that promote positive self-reinforcement, along with an activity— color page or a puzzle. In between days, the writer will also get fun positive reminders.
I wanted to make a project that gives college students a start to validating their feelings and emotions. I wanted students to learn about expressive writing, positive reinforcements and provide them with a chance to see their victories—all in hopes to start creating a healthier mental health.
